Ordering

Who can order from Biovanta Research?

Purchasers must be aged 21 or over and buying for in-vitro laboratory research only. Our products are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. We currently supply the United Kingdom only, and all prices are in GBP (£).

Dispatch and delivery

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that time, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day.

How is it delivered?

By UK tracked courier, with delivery typically the next working day after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £75.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders arrive in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.

Products and testing

Is every batch tested?

Yes. Each batch is analysed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis is published on our Certificates of Analysis page.

How should material be stored?

Lyophilised vials should be kept sealed, cool and out of direct light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the period appropriate to your protocol.

Can I get paperwork for a specific batch?
