Terms and conditions

These terms govern the sale of research materials by Biovanta Research Ltd, Unit 14, Meridian Business Park, Manchester M17 1WA, United Kingdom.

1. Intended use

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and must not be administered to humans or animals. By ordering you confirm you are aged 21 or over and are purchasing for lawful research purposes.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes where relevant. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or eligibility issues arise, and will refund any payment taken.

3. Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is by UK tracked courier and is free on orders over £75. We ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Returns and cancellation

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons. Contact support for return instructions before shipping anything back.

5. Liability

Responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful and competent use of the material rests with the purchaser. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
